The Pillars of Our Surgical Philosophy

“True surgical mastery is passed down through a lineage of dedicated mentorship. The advanced protocols, clinical precision, and patient-first ethics practiced at our clinic were forged under the direct guidance of four of the most revered academic luminaries and father figures in regional orthopedics.”

Academic lineage & mentorship

Principles shaped by teachers who shaped a generation.

In Memoriam

Prof. Emeritus Dr. A. S. Rao

My surgical principles and clinical approach are deeply rooted in the rigorous post-graduate training I received under the late Prof. Emeritus Dr. A. S. Rao, a revered father figure to generations of surgeons in Hyderabad and a towering luminary in Indian orthopedics. An alumnus of JIPMER and AIIMS, New Delhi, he advanced specialized orthopedic oncology and pathology after his fellowship at the prestigious Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), New York. As Principal of Gandhi Medical College, Superintendent of Gandhi General Hospital, and a founder of OASIS, he remained a “Teacher of Teachers”. His mentorship instilled a lifelong commitment to evidence-based care, surgical precision, and ethical transparency.

Dr. Bh. Prabhu Dheer

Deep training in complex trauma configurations, muscle-sparing approaches, and the technical execution precision required for demanding reconstructive orthopaedic care.

Dr. Khytham Jagadishwar Rao

A formative influence on diagnostic depth, evidence-based orthopedic medicine, and long-term strategies that keep functional mobility at the centre of treatment.

Dr. Alwal Reddy

A valued mentor whose clinical example strengthened the discipline of thoughtful planning, dependable operative technique, and patient-first decision-making in everyday surgical practice.
